Work in Progress

Disassembly of the former “Dom Słowa Polskiego” Printing House at Miedziana Street in the Wola district in Warsaw is under way. At the end of 2018, Czech company Penta Real Estate will start building a modern office building on a plot of land with a surface of approx. 6,300 square metres. It is worth mentioning that last year, the Czech developer built the office building at Domaniewska Street and it is planning to locate offices at Miedziana Street. The company announced that it will offer approx. 28,000 square metres of office space, whereas the building will fulfil top technological requirements. Energy-efficiency is the main feature of the building; furthermore, it is going to possess the LEED certificate.  The estimated cost of the investment is approx. EUR 60 million.

The location of the investment at the corner of Pańska Street No. 11 and Miedziana guarantees excellent communication with the heart of the capital, as well as convenient access to trams, buses and the second line of the Warsaw underground.  In the vicinity, there are Pańska Apartments, Prosta Office Centre and Prosta Tower office building.
