German Funds Invests in Polish Commercial Real Estate Market
Two German financial institutions will finance four office buildings in Poland. They are giving a loan of EUR 100 million to a Polish company for seven years. The deal was closed in June 2018. Both institutions provided equal sums for the project.
The Polish company will use the money to take care of the real estate objects in different cities.
West Gate in Wrocław is a contemporary office tower offering 16,600 sq m for lease. Each floor has about 2,700 sq m. The building has a good location, 2-floor underground parking space for more than 300 vehicles.
West Link is also located in Wrocław. This is a 14,400 space for lease with 266 parking slots.
Lubicz Business Center of Kraków has two modern constructions with a total of 23,900 sq m for lease and 333 parking slots. The Center has a great location close to the main city attractions.
Tryton Business House is situated in Gdańsk. It offers 24,000 sq m of space for lease and a good access to the transportation system.
The main investor has so far focused on investing in Romania. However, it is constantly increasing its presence in Poland concentrating on office investments.
