The next construction project in Warsaw

Leading investor has demonstrated its latest project in Poland – a 180-meter building located in Warsaw (in fact, the skyscraper is 202 meters high counting the engineering on the roof). It is planned to finish the construction at the beginning of 2021.

The project’s name – Warsaw UNIT – depicts the building’s original architecture, modern background and the idea of respect to each individuality. It will have 57,000 sqm located on 45 stores for lease. The cost of the endeavor is about EUR 200 million.

“This is our next project in Warsaw. We bring changes to this business surroundings. We can witness the emergence of commercial and residential real estate, restaurants, stores, and other useful spaces. I believe the place will be a perfect example of contemporary capital by 2021”, the company’s representative said.

The Warsaw UNIT architecture was created by the same team that developed the Warsaw Spire. Its designer noted that he aimed at making the building a functional thing energized by the outstanding business center of the city. “Dragon skin” facade made of moving plates will create original images with the slightest blow of wind. Warsaw has never seen anything like this.

Commercial premises and restaurants will be located on the ground floor so that everybody could come in from the street. A parking lot for 450+ cars on three ground floors and eight on the podium will be located here.

Alike to other endeavors, this project foresees green solutions as well. Plus, it will offer special services for cyclists.

Warsaw UNIT is being erected in the city’s business area which is developing quickly. The main routes and transfer spots are located nearby, including a metro station, urban and suburban train station.

The subterranean part of the building is ready. Currently, all the works are being conducted on the above-ground level.
