Company formation in Ukraine

The authorized capital is formed at the expense of money or property contributions of founders, which should be made in full within one year from the date of the company's incorporation. The contribution can be made by installments. The exact value of the authorized capital is not stipulated by law. The amount of the authorized capital can be from 1 hryvna and more. The minimum number of founders is one person (physical, legal or resident of a different state).

  5. information regarding the amount of the authorized capital.

It takes about 3-4 working days to register a company and 10 working days to obtain a VAT certificate.
