Open a corporate center in Warsaw
World giant J.P. Morgan will open a corporate center in Warsaw's Atrium Garden.
A real estate advisory firm informed that J. P. Morgan, a global financial company, will open its corporate company in Warsaw's Atrium Garden. Added that the work will find there about 2.5 thousand people.
As we read, J.P. Morgan has 2.6 trillion dollars. At Atrium Garden, the company leased 15.5 thousand m² of area.
The Atrium Garden is part of the Deka Immobilien fund.
Opening the largest corporate financial center in Warsaw announced on a common conference Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Development and Finance Mateusz Morawiecki and Steve Cohen, Managing Director, Head of Corporate Center J.P. Morgan in Warsaw.
"JP Morgan's investment is one of the most important projects in the financial industry, and we have confirmed that Poland is very successful in obtain global investment and attracting valuable jobs. I am happy that there is a center in Poland that works in the financial sector and new technologies. This will be the result of the hard work of many people, including our intensive meetings with investors in London or New York" said Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Development and Finance Mateusz Morawiec.
Steve Cohen added that J.P. Morgan works in more than 100 countries on the world, and its technology and operations centers are managed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. "Poland has a highly skilled and technologically oriented staff with wide horizons and an economic infrastructure that is ideal for our company" he said.
As he said, over 3,000 employees will be employed in Warsaw over the next three years. "J.P. Morgan is a global financial institution headquartered in New York City, and has offices in more than 100 countries," said the ministry.
