Property Forum 2017

Property Forum 2017 which took place between 25 and 26 September is Warsaw’s Sheraton Hotel, is behind us. The organiser of Property Forum was PTWP Group, organiser of the European Economic Congress and 4 Design Days, as well as the publisher of such websites as propertynews.pl or propertydesign.pl.

It was the first time during this event that the participants had the opportunity of attending another event that accompanies it, namely Propertydesign.pl Forum, which is dedicated to design and innovations in commercial premises, primarily in work-purpose areas. The participants of Property Forum saw presentations of special guests who talked about innovations, challenges and potential of the real property market. Presentations of products and services for the market of commercial properties were organised in  Propertydesign.pl Showroom.

There was also a ceremonious gala to hand in the Prime Property Prize 2017, which constituted a recapitulation of the first day of Property Forum 2017. The competition awards were given to the most unique and leading investments, companies and persons who exerted a decisive impact in the sector of Polish commercial properties in 2016.

Inspiring presentations and debates offered a bulky dose of knowledge. Prospects at the real property market after Brexit were discussed, along with investment at Wola – the competitor of the so-called Mordor, and the great boom of Warsaw’s commercial centres. The participants of Prime Property Prize 2017 Gala, an event accompanying Property Forum 2017, also took part in an auction of works of Professor Stefan Kuryłowicz; the collected funds were given to the Stefan Kuryłowicz Foundation.
