Panattoni Europe goes to Silesia

Panattoni Europe will make the warehouse sites in Silesia larger. The company has just acquired a new piece of land. The new complex will take 68,000 sqm. Its construction will start at the beginning of the year and will bring new jobs to the area.

Panattoni Europe has invested millions of Euro in different facilities and it continues to get involved in different real estate projects.

The decision to invest in Silesia is clear. It is an important part of the supply networks and light industry in Europe. Good transport communications and skilled workforce make it even more attractive.

Also, this part of Poland is highly industrialized. It has good roads and telecom infrastructure. The area is populated with more than 4.5 mln people thus, this is one of the best places in CEE for industry development.
